Employee benefits are provided through GroupSource. Coverage includes extended health & dental, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, and emergency travel medical. You are eligible to receive coverage after 3 months of continuous employment. Please contact our payroll department by clicking on the button below or calling 250-475-6333 for more information.
Please notify us within 31 days of any important life changes such as marriage, cohabitation, separation, children, etc. to ensure your coverage is not interrupted and claims are not denied!

We are pleased to offer a Group RRSP program that allows employees to manage and grow their retirement dollars on their terms. Employees are eligible to participate in this plan after 4 months of employment, and will need to setup an account with RBC before contributions can begin. Knappett will contribute to the Group RRSP for you, and you have the choice to contribute additional amounts directly from your paycheque – either to an RRSP, TFSA, or both!
