We negotiate the collective agreements you vote on, covering wages, retirement savings, health & welfare benefits, and training and career development. And unlike many unions, no dues leave the country — your dollars stay here, working for members.

My name is Mark Phillips, and I work with Canadian Work Strategies, where I support employee associations such as KPEA with labour relations, collective bargaining, and workplace representation. Much of my work involves helping employees and their elected representatives understand their collective agreement, resolve workplace issues, and have an effective voice in discussions with their employer.

Over that time she has supported employees and workplaces through everything from everyday questions to dispute resolution and collective bargaining, always with a focus on fairness, clear communication, and practical solutions that work for real people on real job sites.
