TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIPS
Training
The purpose of the Training Fund is to provide for the reimbursement of tuition and books for each year an apprentice attends school, reimbursement for First Aid training, and reimbursement for occupation specific courses that are trade related and have been pre-approved as eligible by the Employer. Compensation for other training will be considered by the Employer on a case-by-case basis.
Apprenticeships
Knappett Projects supports and offers sponsorship to workers participating in the Skilled Trades BC apprenticeship program. Additionally, financial aid is provided upon successful completion of coursework.
