Health Plan Eligibility
A comprehensive health benefits program is available to all Knappett employees upon completion of a 90 working day probationary period. We kindly ask that you complete and return your enrollment form within 31 days of starting work to ensure a smooth process. Coverage will conclude on your final day of work if you resign or if your employment is terminated. In situations of layoffs due to a shortage of work, a two-week notice period is provided. The KPEA cares about your financial future. That's why your compensation package includes an RRSP. Knappett Projects will contribute 3% of your wages to your RRSP account after you have enrolled.
